Mayport Brewing Company supports Dial-A-Ride

Mayport Brewing Company (MBC) is partnering with Beaches Dial-A-Ride throughout February to support senior independence in the Beaches community. The month-long collaboration will raise funds and awareness for the transportation program operated by the Beaches Council on Aging, which provides free, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

In recognition of Senior Independence Month, Mayport Brewing Company will feature five specialty cocktails during February, with three dollars from each cocktail sold donated directly to Beaches Dial-A-Ride. Proceeds will help support transportation services that allow older adults to remain active, connected and independent across Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach.

“Transportation is often the difference between someone staying independent or feeling isolated,” said Lori Anderson, executive director at the Beaches Council on Aging. “Dial-A-Ride helps seniors get where they need to go safely and with dignity, and partnerships like this allow us to continue serving the Beaches community in a very real, practical way.”

The February cocktail menu features familiar favorites with new twists, giving guests an easy way to support a local cause while spending time together at MBC. The collaboration also reflects February’s focus on connection and care, showing how small, local efforts can make a meaningful impact.

“This was an easy yes for us,” said Rick Solczyk, assistant general manager at MBC. “Dial-A-Ride does important work for people in our neighborhood. We’ve always felt that being a local business means showing up for the community, and this is one way we can do that.”

MBC is owned and operated by local residents Todd Bosco, Tony Cox, Mark Rau and Jesse George. The partners collectively bring decades of experience living, working and raising families in the area, with several operating businesses along the Mayport Road corridor.
