National Harbor is celebrating 10 years of fun this weekend and "Frozeti the Yeti" was excited about the new Dippin' Dots location at The Capital Wheel and the newest flavor of dots, "Capital Ice."

Guests can meet Frozeti the Yeti from Noon-4pm at The Capital Wheel & Carousel at National Harbor On Sunday, April 8th. Dippin’ Dots will be open and serving their new flavor plus more! Bring the family and join in on the fun this weekend. Plus, take a ride on The Capital Wheel and experience fun at new heights!
